Spacious and bright townhouse apartment in the cool heart of the farmhouse with a view of the swimming pool, olive groves, vineyard and Arno valley. It consists of a large two-room apartment on the first floor and a one-room apartment on the ground floor with access to the farmyard that are connected by an internal staircase, but separated by a door to give you the option of booking the whole space or just one area.

Bellavista is equipped with all comforts, the sleeping areas are air-conditioned and have a private bathroom with a large shower, the living area with full kitchen is equipped to make your stay comfortable and convenient.

The bedroom of the two-room apartment is equipped with a single bed in addition to the double bed. The presence of a third guest entails a surcharge, you will find this indication in the summary at the bottom of the page.

Bellavista can therefore comfortably accommodate from 2 to 5 people depending on the solution chosen: just the first floor or the entire townhall apartment.

All apartments are fully equipped, with a traditional oven, microwave and dishwasher. Alba and Bellavista also have a washing machine.

The ALBA and BELLAVISTA flats are communicating, which allows the rooms to be joined internally. This can be a great solution for couples of friends who want privacy and at the same time share common areas.

Tenuta Cassia Vetus is a farm with animals immersed in a countryside rich in fauna, so we believe that being respectful and informed is important to ensure a beautiful, peaceful, and safe experience. This is why we only accept adult guests and, again for everyone’s peace of mind – including, among others, Nerone, our Maremma shepherd – we cannot accept our guests’ pets.
