In order to ensure the healthiness of an extra virgin olive oil of excellent quality and flavor, the company follows the guidelines of organic agriculture and IGP for the care and maintenance of the olive trees, whose olives are pressed locally using cutting-edge cold processes.

The vineyard was only recently planted, and traditional winemaking will begin there in 2023.

Iris completes our agricultural output by drawing on the century-old tradition of this region of Tuscany.
